Family time. Fancy an easy going family holiday in South Tyrol with a varied programme of activities? Our apartments in Marlengo, offer generous living space, cosy corners, ample space to withdraw and experience the highlights the area has to offer.

For small and big explorers. Straight in front of the Residence is the Marlinger Waalweg path which is perfect for long exploratory tours and walks with a child buggy. The artificially created Waal gently meanders through orchards, shady woodland and sunny vistas with wonderful panoramic views. There is so much to discover on the 12 km route: trickling water in the canal, deep gorges and waterfalls, wild animals and Alpine flowers…

Nature is the best playground. Only a few minutes’ walk from the hotel is the nature and adventure trail, also known as the ”Eichhörnchenweg“, the squirrel trail. Follow the squirrel mascot markings at the various stations along the circular way. The 26 discovery and knowledge stations along the 1 km route offer fun and games to children of all ages. The circular way is a fascinating mixture of sport and movement parkour, exciting knowledge stations as well as relaxation and quiet zones for all the family.

Not a moment of boredom. It’s all fun and games at the Residence Aqualis, whether you’re meandering along the Waalweg path from the hotel or taking your family on a brisk hike organised by the Tourist office. There are also afternoons for children in the beautifully situated and well equipped children’s playground in the centre of Marlengo.

Indoor fun. There is no such thing as bad weather, only the wrong clothing. And while Merano has more than its fair share of sun, there is a varied programme for those not so sunny days: splash about in the heated swimming pool, or how about table tennis on the covered terrace, table football and board game parties, not to forget a cosy book corner to while away the hours…
